Are DARLING products cruelty-free?
Yes, we are proudly 100% cruelty-free. We do not test our finished products or ingredients on animals, nor do we work with suppliers who do.
How can I track my order?
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with a tracking number. You can use this number on our carrier's website to monitor your delivery progress.
What is your return policy for opened beauty products?
Due to hygiene reasons, we can only accept returns on unopened and unused products within 30 days of purchase. If you have an adverse reaction to a product, please contact our support team.
